Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act of 1872 are not eligible to use this Website. If your age is below 18, you are prohibited to use/purchase/contract from/with, this website.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Orders shipped are delivered within 7-10 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay might be caused due to any govt. interventions or natural causes, etc.

Orders delivered to remote areas might have an additional charge

Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and North Eastern states might have additional charges and might take longer than usual to get delivered.

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and email us at customercare@rockkragaa.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Packaging of the product may vary from the packaging of the product displayed in the website.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.

You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Rockkragaa commits to keeping the information provided by you confidential and assures you that it will not be shared by us with any third parties unless required for fraud investigations or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation. In very rare cases, there might be a time gap, wherein, your card might get debited before receiving the confirmation email. Please rest assured that you will receive a confirmation or in the case you don’t, please contact our customer support team at customercare@rockkragaa.com.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PRODUCT QUALITY AND PRICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

All products are handcrafted so there may be some variations in the actual product received.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Rockkragaa and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Silver, brass & semi-precious gemstones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials, and does not mean that we have increased our mark-up.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the product or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

CANCELLATION BY ROCKKRAGAA

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we supply, supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY CUSTOMERS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to customercare@rockkragaa.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, if it is the incorrect product or found to be damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for collection. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rockkragaa and accept Rockkragaa’s decision regarding the cancellation.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall RockkRagaa, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility

SALE AND PROMOTION

The sale runs till stock lasts. Duration of sale is in the sole discretion of Rockkragaa and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point of time.
The products can be removed/changed/added under the Sale category and the discounted prices can also be changed. It will be in sole discretion of Rockkragaa.

We may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Website. If any clause of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof.

In the Company’s sole discretion, it may transfer its rights and obligations (under this Agreement without your prior express consent.) If you breach this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the aforesaid.

The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate any passwords or accounts of the User in the event of any conduct by the User which the Company, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by the User of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of this Agreement that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
